Cottonwood Construction and Design was born organically as Taylor and Tamara Brown have always been drawn to using their creativity in home projects over the years. As others began to notice the couples ideas, vision and construction knowledge, people began reaching out to them asking for help. After sensing a lot of confirmation to move in the direction of starting a business, the upstate couple is glad to use their God-given gifts and experience to help others in creating beautiful spaces where friends and family gather and treasured memories are made.

Taylor's background in the building industry over the past 20 years has given him the experience of being on the sales/vendor side, as well as builder/contractor side. Taylor has managed residential projects for new construction and renovations in the upstate of South Carolina. He runs the day to day operations and manages their friendly and talented team.

Tamara's artistic vision can be seen in her fine art business, Tamara Brown Art, but she also has creative vision for transforming spaces and at times lends her initial creative vision to projects when needed.
